Reporting into the Human Resources Business Leader for Infrastructure, the key mission of this position is to work in partnership with the Site and Business Managers, to propose efficient HR solutions that are suitable to the business challenges and in line with group HR policies. This role will also be responsible for enhancing our Industrial Relations toolkit and for providing training and advice for the HR team within Australia.
To be successful, you will have solid experience as a high-level Human Resources Business Partner coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications in HR. Proven practical experience in a HR generalist position that has a strong Industrial Relations focus, is required. Your customer service orientation is your number one priority. Your ability to lead and influence change and drive organisational effectiveness will be the key to your success.
