It has been well known for the last decade that a fatigued brain or better said a brain that does not receive the proper amount of nutrition will not be able to perform at its best come schoolwork, and homework time. ?They key to the foods that you give your child relies in the originality of your recipes and focus on the foods that your child already enjoys. ?At the top of the list you would most certainly have peanuts as the leader of brain foods. ?Peanuts are widely popular and also extremely affordable as a brain booster and are also widely available in throughout the country. This will not only feed your stomach but also your brain. Next you can try giving your kids raisins or any dried fruit. ?Raisins are awesome for your kids? brains as they contain boron which is a trace element that improves memory, hand eye attention and coordination. Other great sources of boron are interestingly enough, apricots, nuts like almonds and hazelnuts.? Also dark chocolate is famously known throughout the scientific community as a powerful brain food as it is made from plants which basically means that it contains a lot of the great health benefits of dark veggies like broccoli, kale, arugula and spinach. ?Popeye ate his spinach, and look what it did for his career. ?But seriously dark chocolate can relax your blood pressure through the manufacturing of nitric oxide and this is what helps you think more clearly.
