help my 13yr cousin that i'm guardian of is Intellectually disabled and has epilepsy, 2010
Add to Del, Many states have them, , special-needs moms,dmoz, i even hired a private tutor and every week she gets bad conduct marks in school she won't even try and i'm afraid that she'll fail and have to repeat the fifth grade ,troubledwith, and support networks for children and adults with special needs,if she is diagnosed with intellectual disability, when parents night came everyone else child had beautiful displayed school work, , she does a lot things that worry me , 2006

i've had her evaluated for special education twice but her neurologist and psychologist said that she's not severe enough for special education , and another major frustration is that her teacher tells her that she isn't supposed to read 5th grade books,

you need to have her evaluated by the school,
